This Fermented Plant Extract (FPE) is made from comfrey (Symphytum) in our workshop, using organically grown and certified comfrey, fermented with the help of Lactobacillus.
Lactobacillus bacteria are saprophytes, meaning they break down organic matter and release nutrients. We use this property in the production of fermented plant extracts, where the bacteria are fed with nutrient-rich sources to extract beneficial plant compounds.

Comfrey is a highly nutritious plant, traditionally used as food, medicine, and soil enhancer.
Fermented comfrey extract is especially useful for vegetative growth and the transition from the growth phase to flowering.
