This Fermented Plant Extract (FPE) is made from horsetail (Equisetum) in our workshop, using organically grown and certified plants and fermented with the help of Lactobacillus.
Lactobacillus bacteria are saprophytes, meaning they break down organic matter and release nutrients. We use this property in the production of fermented plant extracts, where the bacteria are fed with nutrient-rich sources to extract beneficial plant compounds.

Horsetail is a plant particularly rich in silicon and sulfur, traditionally used as food, medicine, and soil enhancer.
When used as a foliar spray, it is especially effective against powdery mildew.
Fermented horsetail extract is highly beneficial for vegetative growth and also during the flowering stage.
