COVER CROP protects the soil from light exposure, which would otherwise harm microbial life. Because the soil remains covered with living plants, water evaporation is reduced, resulting in better water retention, even though the cover plants also consume some water.

Seed Blend Composition:
Alexandrine clover, buckwheat, perennial ryegrass, crimson clover, oilseed radish, Persian clover, phacelia, red clover, red fescue, serradella, forest rye, white mustard, white clover, timothy grass, winter rapeseed, winter vetch.

Usable in organic farming according to EU regulations (EC) No. 834/2007 and 889/2008.

Application in Living Soil systems:
Spread the COVER CROP evenly on your soil at the beginning or just before the vegetative phase, lightly work it into the topsoil, and water it in. Before switching to the flowering phase, cut the COVER CROP low to the ground and leave it as mulch (we recommend topping it with 2–5 cm of hemp mulch).
If the COVER CROP gets too tall and starts to shade your cannabis plants, simply cut it back generously.

Note: This is a natural product. Over time, it may lose moisture during storage, which may affect weight—but not quality.
